By using PornScape you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and DIGITAL ROCKET LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the PornScape mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using PornScape, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PornScape is rated 13+ on the Apple App Store. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must not use PornScape. We may terminate accounts of users found to be under 13 and delete all associated data.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may register using an email address and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false age — is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pornscape.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create multiple accounts. If you lose access to your account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
PornScape offers free access to core features and optional paid subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (for Apple IAP) or credit card (for Stripe payments) upon purchase confirmation and at the start of each renewal period.
If we offer a free trial, your payment method will not be charged during the trial. The subscription activates automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
All sales are final except as required by applicable law. For Apple IAP purchases, Apple's standard refund policy applies. For card payments, contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe there has been an error.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect at your next renewal.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen to recover your active subscription.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
PornScape is a wellness and accountability tool. It is NOT a medical device, clinical treatment, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care.
The AI coach, habit tracking, urge management tools, recovery timelines, and all other features in PornScape are provided for informational, motivational, and self-help purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

DIGITAL ROCKET LLC makes no representations or warranties about the clinical effectiveness of any recovery approach presented in the app.
PornScape, its design, code, graphics, content, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are owned by DIGITAL ROCKET LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any notes, journal entries, or other content you create within the App remain yours. By using the App, you grant DIGITAL ROCKET LLC a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your personal recovery content for marketing or other external purposes.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve PornScape without any obligation to compensate you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
DIGITAL ROCKET LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL ROCKET LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIGITAL ROCKET LLC, its members, officers, agents, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@pornscape.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against DIGITAL ROCKET LLC.
For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date, sending an in-app notification, or — for significant changes — requiring your acceptance before continuing to use the App.
Your continued use of PornScape after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
